Humm plays ambient soundscapes for relaxation, focus, and sleep. It is provided for general wellness purposes only and is not a medical device and not medical advice. If you have a sleep or health condition, consult a professional.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Humm on your Android device. The app, its sounds, artwork, and code remain the property of DrogoTech and its licensors. You may not redistribute, resell, or extract the app's audio content.
Humm Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) purchased through Google Play. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled per Google Play's refund policy.
The free version is supported by advertising served by Google AdMob (see our Privacy Policy).
Don't misuse the app, attempt to circumvent the subscription entitlement, or use the content in a way that infringes the rights of others.
Humm is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrogoTech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
We may update the app, its content, and these terms; material changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
