Humm is an ambient sound and relaxation app. We designed it to collect as little data as possible: Humm has no user accounts, and we do not collect, store, or sell your personal information on any server of ours.
Your preferences (theme, saved sound mixes, sleep-timer settings, subscription status cache) are stored locally on your device and never transmitted to us. Deleting the app deletes this data.
The free version of Humm shows banner ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device information such as your advertising ID, IP address, and coarse device data to serve and measure ads, as described in Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob's data practices. Where required (e.g. EEA/UK), you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can decline. Premium subscribers see no ads, and no ad SDK requests are made for them.
Subscriptions are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details. Google's handling of your payment data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Your subscription entitlement is verified on-device against Google Play.
Humm is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If our data practices change, we will update this policy at this URL and update the effective date above.
